The latest radar shows moderate to locally heavy snow developing over eastern NY and western New England and spreading north and northwest. The rain/snow line is just south of Poughkeepsie and Torringon and will very slowly move east. Moderate to heavy snow will continue to expand through daybreak with snowfall rates increasing to a half inch to inch per hour and locally over 2 inches per hour, especially in the eastern Catskills, Helderbergs, Berkshires Rensselaer Plateau and southern Green Mou
