Flooding along Squalicum Parkway near Roader Avenue became very noticeable this evening as water surged over the roadway and pushed into nearby areas. This video, submitted to the Bellingham Metro News newsroom, shows just how quickly conditions have deteriorated in this part of Bellingham.
