Lammas, also known as Lughnasad, is a pagan holiday marking the beginning of harvest season and is celebrated on August 1st.Modern day pagans bake breads and cakes to celebrate the historical grain harvest, as well as a ritual, decorating an altar with symbols of the season.Here is a dish honoring the Sabbat that I will adorn my altar with as well as playing in my garden and baking bread.Thought I’d share in case you needed a simple inspiration to bring celebration to your space.
