End Clothing changes ownership ahead of 20th anniversary
Oct 9, 2024 · End Clothing's lenders and shareholders have finalised an agreement to recapitalise the business, Drapers has learned. In 2021, The Carlyle Group acquired a majority stake in End Clothing with the help of Apollo's financing, in a deal that valued the business at £750m.. The Carlyle Group and End Clothing co-founders Christiaan Ashworth and John Douglas Parker have now fully exited the business.
