Oct 30, 2022 · Hey everyone, I found the solution to get the store working on your xbox console. First off go do a full shutdown on your xbox. Settings>General>Power Options>Shut-down Now. Then unplug you modem for 30 seconds. Plug back on your modem, when internet is back on.

Click your account image (just right of search) then select the account there and a pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out; do it.
