Krist Anthony Novoselic (/ ˌ n oʊ v ə ˈ s ɛ l ɪ tʃ /; Serbo-Croatian: Novoselić; born May 16, 1965) is an American musician, politician and activist. Novoselic co-founded and played bass for the rock band Nirvana.
