Chad–France relations are the diplomatic relations between the Republic of Chad and the French Republic. France controlled Chad from 1900 until the country's independence in 1960. Both nations are today members of the Francophonie and the United Nations.

France is Chad’s leading bilateral development assistance partner. Over the last decade (2011-2020), the AFD’s support to Chad totalled €386 million, primarily in five priority sectors: access to essential services, health, rural development, education and vocational training.
