Sep 15, 2015 · Battlefield 2 works just fine on my Windows 10 install as well. I suggest making sure all of your PC drivers are updated to Windows 10 certified versions. I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and have now problems with running BF2 on it. I read before that many people have problems with blackscreens and crashes if they try to run BF2 on Windows 10. But I have the problem that BF2 even doesn´t start.

Feb 1, 2018 · I'm on Windows 10 home 64bit, trying to play Battlefield 2. Install and everything worked just fine but when I try to start it the game launches a black screen then just close after a second or two. This is extremely frustrating as I kept getting the same problem with BF1942.
