Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched three new Vande Bharat Express trains in Maharashtra, increasing the state's total to 11. These new routes aim to improve connectivity and convenience for commuters and tourists.

Operating six days a week, this express train covers a distance of 575 km (357 miles) in an impressive travel time of just 7 hours and 15 minutes, averaging a speed of 79 km/h.

With this Vande Bharat Express train's operation, passengers between New Delhi and Varanasi can now choose a faster commute between the two cities.

The second Vande Bharat train comes with semi-high-speed, modern passenger amenities and upgraded safety features.

Before these trains in Maharashtra, there were eight Vande Bharat Express trains operated by both Western Railway and Central Railway in Maharashtra.
