Authorities in Washington are scaling back search efforts for Travis Decker, the Pewaukee native wanted for killing his three daughters earlier this year.

A 74-year-old man was arrested Friday for a hit-and-run where an RV killed one person in South Seattle’s Rainier View neighborhood.
