U.S. stocks are ticking higher after a rally spurred by hopes for lower U.S. interest rates wrapped around the world.

Longmont police issued two warnings for trespassing: one, at 12:45 a.m. in the 11900 block of Sugarmill Road; and another at 8:40 a.m. in the 1800 block of Hover Street.
