The Benton Harbor Public Safety and Public Works committee met Wed. evening, where they pushed forward a resolution to adopt an ordinance that would regulate business hours in the city.

Earlier this summer, the council told departments to not expect any pay increases, but James Mueller, Mayor of South Bend, believes in paying employees for the work they do.
