Two Old Bridge residents accused of keeping 21 animals in unsanitary conditions were arrested on Friday. Police say 16 dogs, three birds, one cat and a mouse were rescued from their home.

Law enforcement also seized around 34 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, and 35 grams of pills believed to be ecstasy.
