The New York Mets reportedly have reached out to the Pittsburgh Pirates about starting pitcher Mitch Keller as rumors surface of the Chicago Cubs' interest.

Reynolds is having a down year with Pittsburgh, hitting just .229/.294/.380 with 10 home runs, 45 RBI and a .674 OPS. However, he is a two-time All-Star, and perhaps playing with a contending team will help him rediscover his stroke.
