Florida center Olivier Rioux, the tallest teenager in the world, dipped his toe into life as a two-sport athlete. Rioux recently threw on a helmet and pads to work out for the football team, according to the Associated Press.

Rioux took a break from basketball, where he remains a long-term project for coach Todd Golden, to try his hand at blocking field goals and extra points for the Gators’ football team. The 19-year-old Canadian’s try out didn’t earn him a role for the 2025 Gators, but there still could be time.

Olivier Rioux has limitless potential on the basketball court by virtue of his height alone, but the Florida center recently tried his hand at a different sport.
