The child with wounds was found inside a building on fire in the 3600 block of West Palmer Street around 9:30 a.m. Friday and was taken to a nearby hospital where he died, sources told the Sun-Times.

A woman is in custody after three children were found stabbed inside a burning building in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood, according to police.

Chicago fire sources said a family member called 911 and said that the mom stabbed a brother and sister and then set the house on fire.
