A Brazilian judge on Friday rejected an appeal by former president Jair Bolsonaro to have his passport returned to him so he could attend the inauguration of his hero, US President-elect Donald Trump.

Among those attending will be celebrities like Carrie Underwood and Lee Greenwood, politicians like Bill Clinton and Barack Obama and some world leaders.
