U.S. President Donald Trump and tech titan Elon Musk are feuding again, as Trump's "big, beautiful bill" — a budget reconciliation bill that is projected to add trillions to the country's federal deficit — passes a vote in the Senate.

The Trump-Musk feud continues, with Musk threatening to primary GOP congressmen who vote for the Big Beautiful Bill while Trump hints at pulling Musk's federal contracts. Will the SpaceX founder's China ties come into play?

The feud reignited on Monday when Musk, who spent hundreds of millions on Trump's re-election, renewed his criticism of Trump's tax-cut and spending bill, which would eliminate subsidies for electric vehicle purchases that have benefited Tesla, the leading U.S. EV maker. That bill passed the Senate by a narrow margin midday Tuesday.
