With new COVID-19 vaccines available and flu season upon us, it understandably has people asking a lot of questions.

The CDC recommends everyone ages 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 and Flu vaccines. The RSV vaccine is recommended for all adults 75 and older and those who are pregnant. The vaccine is a one-time dose, so if you got one last year, you won't need another one this year.

Wash your hands, learn to cough and sneeze into your elbow, stay home when ill, get a vaccination for flu, COVID and RSV as soon as they become available (expected in October), and wear a mask in indoor public settings, especially if you are at high risk for infection or recovering from a recent illness.
