Pelicans star Zion Williamson is expected to soon return to practice as he continues to recover from his hamstring injury.

Zion Williamson has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury when the Pelicans will face the Houston Rockets at Smoothie King Center.

Zion Williamson has played just six games for the Pelicans this season. He is expected to return to full practice next week after dealing with a hamstring injury.

After acquiring Dejounte Murray from the Atlanta Hawks in the offseason, the Pelicans were expected to be one of the top teams in the Western Conference this season. Instead, they have dealt with a multitude of injuries that has ended their season as soon as it began.
