A feud between neighbors led to criminal charges filed against a Kansas City man after an alleged attempted attack.

Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas unveiled the $2.5 billion plan at the annual State of the City address Thursday afternoon.

Officers are still investigating exactly what happened, but said they are making headway identifying a suspect.

Detectives are making headway in identifying a person of interest in connection with this incident, however, no suspects are in custody.
