A Bengaluru professional, Rutvi Shah, celebrated her remarkable weight loss journey from 126.5 kg to 69.7 kg over 3.5 years.

Over three and a half years, she lost more than 56 kilograms, going from 126.5 kg in October 2021 to 69.7 kg in early 2025.
