Two people are dead after a car flew off the Arlington Memorial Bridge and into the Potomac River when it collided with another car on Thursday evening.

D.C. firefighters said a vehicle plunged into the Potomac River after being involved in a crash the Arlington Memorial Bridge. Police are investigating whether wintry weather played a role in the crash.
