Volkswagen faces major challenges as it deals with data exposure and job cuts while restructuring to reduce costs and production capacity.

Data on 800,000 VW electric cars sat exposed for months, including the precise location of nearly 460,000 EVs. It does not appear that any of that info was accessed by bad actors, though.
