Mass. Bay Brewing Company, also known as Harpoon, and Smuttynose brand owner FinesKind Brewing, have announced a deal to merge.

Brewery Huyghe said the deal unites two brands with “complementary strengths, offering enormous growth potential”. Brewery Huyghe has snapped up fellow Belgian brewer Het Anker for an undisclosed sum.
