Former News 8 Chief Capitol Correspondent Mark Davis has passed away at the age of 76, according to WTNH. Davis began his career in Connecticut in 1980 as a radio talk show host, according to WTNH. After four years, he joined the WTNH team where he would spend the next 36 years of his career.

A former Chief Capitol Correspondent at WTNH, Davis spent 36 years with the news organization before retiring in 2020.
