Hochul declares state of emergency

Gov. Hochul included Allegany County in a state of emergency declaration as the deep freeze will continue through Wednesday.
This includes counties of Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Allegany, Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and Oneida.
