The West End Opportunity Partnership has once again rejected a proposal to purchase the Nia Center in Louisville and lease it to Goodwill, which planned to redevelop the site into affordable housing.

The NIA Center is known in West Louisville as a hub for resources and entrepreneurs. Earlier this month, Goodwill Kentucky shared its plans to buy the property and turn it into affordable housing.
