College World Series 2025: LSU defeats Coastal Carolina in Game 2, 5-3, for 2nd national title in 3 seasons
LSU won its second NCAA baseball championship in the past three seasons with a 5-1 win over Coastal Carolina in Game 2 of the 2025 Men's College World Series on Sunday. The national title is the eighth in program history and also provided the SEC with its fifth consecutive MCWS championship.
