Chelsea are exploring a deal to sign AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan but the two clubs are a long way apart in their valuations, sources have told ESPN.

Chelsea and AC Milan remain far apart on a valuation for Mike Maignan, with the Serie A side asking for €25-30m, and the Blues willing to go only as high as €10m. As Gazzetta dello Sport note, Chelsea believe that this is a fair number for a soon-to-be 30-year-old goalkeeper on the last year of his contract, and are unwilling to budge from that.
