Jeep is recalling nearly six model years of its plug-in hybrid SUVs after reports of fires linked to defective high-voltage batteries.
Some plug-in hybrid Jeeps are susceptible to catching on fire. That's why the automaker is recalling over 320,000 U.S. examples of the Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe, which may have faulty battery cells that could cause the aforementioned fire.
