Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe signed a bill into law Saturday that establishes a framework to use tax dollars to help pay for stadium projects for the Chiefs and Royals.

A Missouri bill aimed at keeping the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals in the state could also potentially help the St. Louis Cardinals move forward with major upgrades at Busch Stadium.
