Security agents stopped 78 firearms at Indianapolis International Airport checkpoints last year, down from a record high the previous year. The Transportation Security Administration released the numbers Friday.

The Transportation Security Administration detected 78 firearms at the Indianapolis International Airport in 2024. TSA officials say that’s a significant decrease from the all-time high of 95 detected in 2023.
