Wildfire in the Columbia River Gorge destroys at least 20 homes, triggers Level 3 evacuations and closures on I-84 and Highway 30; some areas have now reopened, but evacuation zones stay active.

Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1 evacuation orders are in place on Thursday due to the Rowena Fire. Interstate 84 is back open, but Highway 30 remains closed.
