Belgrade is preparing for a massive anti-government protest that will take place on Saturday. Students from across the country arrived in the capital on Friday, and authorities are warning of possible acts of violence and arrests.

Thousands of protesters, mainly students, descended on Serbia's capital on Friday ahead of a planned weekend of massive anti-government rallies, many travelling hundreds of miles on foot or by bike.

The protest in Belgrade, Serbia, was the culmination of four months of rallies against President Aleksandar Vucic’s government after a deadly train station canopy collapse.
