Los Angeles Angels right-handed relief pitcher Robert Stephenson provides a positive update on his recovery after throwing off the mound for the first time on Wednesday.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Nats traded away two pitchers to the Angels. There are almost certainly still more to go. The first two gone: Luis Garcia and Andrew Chafin. According to ESPN's Jeff Passan, the Nats are getting back left-handed pitcher Jake Eder in the deal.

The Angels acquired two relievers from the Washington Nationals to boost their bullpen while they make a push to the postseason.
