Adama Traoré, 24, died in 2016 shortly after three officers pinned him to the ground during an arrest. His case became a symbol for activists protesting police violence in France.

Traore’s statistics, good (dribbles) and bad (goals, assists), do a disservice to a truly unique talent. He was just great to watch.
