Suns rookie Ryan Dunn is using his snub from the Rising Stars Game at NBA All-Star Weekend as motivation to improve his overall skill set.

Bradley Beal started the second half for Dunn, who replaced him in the starting lineup beginning Jan. 6 at Philadelphia. Suns coach Mike Budenholzer moved Jusuf Nurkic and Beal to the bench starting that game.

Nurkic said he and Suns coach Mike Budenholzer didn’t talk for two months. This is consistent with him saying Budenholzer didn’t inform him about a decision not to play him Jan. 9 against Atlanta.

Phoenix Suns' Royce O'Neale had 11 points and the team-high four steals as a starter in their 111-109 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday.
