It appears that Kyrie Irving and Jaden Hardy weren’t the only members of the Dallas Mavericks to suffer injuries in Monday’s loss to the Sacramento Kings. Veteran guard Dante Exum was ruled out of Wednesday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks because of a left foot contusion.
It’s been a mantra for the injury-riddled Dallas Mavericks since early October when they began training camp in Las Vegas without former superstar Luka Doncic and Dante Exum. No, this is not another story about how the Mavericks’ injuries have played a part in their disappointing Play-In positioning in the Western Conference standings.
LOS ANGELES — Dallas Mavericks guard Dante Exum exited Tuesday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers after suffering an injury scare. Exum attempted to defend a driving LeBron James at the basket, but took a big hit from the Lakers star and immediately fell to the floor.

Set to play against Memphis
Exum (foot) has been listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Suns. Exum is one of many players in Dallas dealing with injuries, but he might still be able to play Sunday against the Suns.
Exum played 22 minutes on Monday, but struggled alongside the rest of the Mavericks’ starters with a 2-of-10 shooting night. Wednesday marks Exum’s 50th missed game of the season, most notably the first 48 games after recovering from right wrist surgery.
The Mavericks will be shorthanded for Wednesday’s rematch against the Bucks and could play with as few as eight players: Spencer Dinwiddie, Max Christie, Klay Thompson, Kessler Edwards, Dwight Powell, Naji Marshall, Olivier-Maxence Prosper, and Brandon Williams.
Exum is in the Mavericks' starting lineup against the Grizzlies on Friday, Mike Curtis of The Dallas Morning News reports. Exum didn't play against the Bucks on Wednesday due to a right foot contusion,
