The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued a warning linking oysters to a salmonella outbreak spanning 22 states, including Texas. While there has been no recall yet, the CDC and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is identifying in an open investigation whether there is a common source in contaminated oysters.
