We got a chance to go hands-on with the Nintendo Switch OLED, which will release on October 8. Here's how we're feeling about Nintendo's upgraded console.

The switch (ahem) to OLED should mean a more vibrant display with better black levels, but we haven't seen the display in action yet to compare them. It's still a 720p resolution screen, though.

The new OLED Switch costs $350 and will ship from October 8. That’s compared to $300 for the base Switch model and $200 for the handheld-only Nintendo Switch Lite.
