Olympian Scott Hamilton is mourning the deaths of members of the figure skating community, who were on an American Airlines flight that crashed into an Army Black Hawk helicopter in Washington, D.C.

All eyes are on Washington, D.C. after a military black hawk helicopter carrying three soldiers collided with a passenger plane carrying 64 people on Jan. 29. It is the worst air disaster in nearly two decades and among the many lives lost were young members on board were Team USA’s figure skating program.
