Carney is purposely making his first foreign trip to the capital cities of the two countries that shaped Canada’s early existence.
The prime minister’s review of the purchase of U.S.-made fighter jets is a possible implication of what he has set in motion after meeting with leaders in Paris and London earlier this week, two Canadian sources told the Star.
