Winter storm warnings have been issued in four states: Oregon, Washington, California and Minnesota. In northwestern Oregon and parts of Washington, including the Willapa Hills, there will be light snow showers until midnight Friday. Cities impacted include Mary's Peak, Brooklyn, Sunset Summit, Wilson River Summit, Valsetz, and Horton.

On Wednesday at 2:48 p.m. a winter storm warning was issued by the NWS Medford OR valid from Thursday 4 p.m. until Friday 10 a.m. The warning is for Central Siskiyou County and Northeast Siskiyou and Northwest Modoc counties as well as Modoc County.

Parts of Northern California are under a flood watch through Tuesday as an atmospheric river brings heavy rains to a region that’s also anticipating plenty of snow.

A winter storm warning was issued by the NWS Eureka CA on Wednesday at 2:50 p.m. valid from Thursday 10 a.m. until Friday 10 a.m. for Northern Trinity.

As a second atmospheric river takes aim at Northern California, the Sacramento office of the National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning for Monday through Wednesday
