A 17-year-old was shot just outside of a Staten Island high school during the middle of a school day, according to police.

A 17-year-old was shot in the leg near a high school on Staten Island Thursday afternoon, according to the NYPD. The teenager was shot just before 1 p.m. near St. Mark’s Place and Wall Street, not far from Ralph R.
