A mother and daughter, who live in Outagamie County, are suing the popular video game app, alleging the 5-year-old was sexually exploited.

Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman filed a lawsuit against Roblox alleging the gaming platform lacks safety guardrails and exposes children to predators.

Social platforms Snapchat and Discord were also sued for facilitating abuse. In other lawsuits, parents accuse Minecraft and Fortnite of design choices that induce internet gaming disorder.
