Since you already have everything lossless, it doesn't really make much difference. I would do them at 128 or 160, and then re-do any at a higher bitrate if you can hear artifacts on those tracks ...

Does it phone home once the file is modified, as well? Not a conspiracy theory, just a thought about data mining for record studios, that's all. Seems this is something I ought to be able to test easy ...
