NOVI, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) – A months-long project is underway to improve a portion of Novi road, but some who drive through the area feel like not much is being done.

Novi Road, between Nine Mile Road and 10 Mile Road, was closed due to a downed power line, the city of Novi reported. A DTE Energy crew was on the scene after the closure.
