East softball defeats New Ulm in back-to-back gamesMANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The Mankato East softball team is heading back to the state tournament for the third year in a row after defeating New Ulm in back-to-back games Thursday night.
They will open against top-seeded Mankato East. The Cougars are 17-3 overall and 6-0 in the section, and are No. 1 in Class AAA in QRF ranking.
