Kia unveiled the EV4 concept during its first “EV Day” event in 2023. The EV4 was showcased alongside the EV3 and EV5, both of which are already on the market. Although the EV2 didn’t make an appearance, Kia confirmed at the event that an even smaller, more affordable electric car was in the works.

Previous spy shots have shown the EV4 – like the K4 – will be available in both sedan and hatchback styles. Most of Kias EVs are SUVs, apart from the boxy Ray EV microcar and Bongo III trucks sold in Korea. While the EV6 is arguably a large liftback, it’s classified as an SUV.
Kia to reveal production models of EV4, PV5 soon
Currently, their production models include the EV3, EV5, EV6, and EV9. But for the upcoming 2025 Kia EV Day in Spain, the manufacturer is ready to show the world two more production-ready models, and another new concept to add to its diverse EV lineup.
